For 35 years, Theatrix Youtheatre Society has been creating original theatre with and for young people, with stories shaped by imagination, collaboration, and community. VOICES is a special 35th anniversary project celebrating that legacy by bringing some of those original works to life in new ways through audio adaptations, recordings, workshops, and community engagement.
The project honours the voices of past and present students, artists, and audiences while exploring how storytelling can connect generations and increase accessibility. VOICES celebrates the impact of original children’s theatre in the Tri-Cities and the thousands of young people who have helped shape Theatrix over the past 35 years.
