Theatrix Payment Arrangements
- NO HST – Theatrix is a registered charity
- Payment should be received prior to the start of any program
- If requesting a subsidy, the request should be submitted before registering for the program
- Refunds are pro-rated upon withdrawal based on the date of the withdrawal request
- All refunds are subject to a 3% fee effective June 2024
- No refunds after 30 days of the program start date

Production Fees
Production fees for Theatrix programs are payable via Paypal or Credit Card (Visa / Mastercard) at the program checkout, or through a monthly payment plan via INTERAC etransfer by special arrangement with the registrar.

Subsidy Program
Theatrix Youtheatre Society is a registered non-profit organization with federal charitable tax status. The mandate is to make programming accessible to all children. Theatrix offers a subsidy program for low-income families through its fundraising events. Low income is defined by families on assistance, disability, single parent, or multiple siblings.
