Registration Procedure

Please read the flier distributed by your school to determine which policy applies to you. Unless otherwise noted, all Lunchbox programs run as a lottery and all after-school Spotlight programs run as first-come, first-served.

LOTTERY

1. Each school will have a 3-5 day registration window for lottery registrations. The registration window opens and closes at 7pm on the designated days. You can fill out a registration form for each child you wish to register at any time during this window.
2. After the registration window closes, if more than 30 children are registered for a school, our system will randomly select 30 from the total registrations received. Those 30 will receive a payment link after registration closes. All others will be notified that they are on the waitlist.
3. Accepted payment methods: Credit card (Mastercard/Visa) or PayPal.
4. If you experience any issues, please email register@theatrixyoutheatre.com. Payment confirms enrollment. Our liability insurance policy covers confirmed paid registrations.

FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED

1. Registration opens at 7pm on your designated day. You need to fill out a separate registration form for each child you wish to register. After completing the form, you can either register another child or proceed directly to payment.
2. The payment page will indicate how many spaces are still available in your program. Once 30 payments have been received, your school will be marked as ‘SOLD OUT’ on the payment page. Please note that the main page is updated manually. If you complete the registration form and the payment page indicates it is sold out, your registration will automatically be placed on a waitlist.
